I know so many small business owners who think they don’t need a website, believe they can’t afford one, have absolutely no idea where to start, or worry that once they’ve got one, they won’t know how to manage it themselves.
And that’s exactly why I started The Friendly Website Co.
I’ve always loved anything technical, I relish a good challenge, and I love helping people. Combining all three to support someone running a small business seemed like the obvious choice!
I wanted to offer something a little different: affordable, professional websites without the confusing jargon, scary price tags or unnecessary complications.
I’m based in Ringwood, so I know the surrounding area well and understand the local communities and businesses.
Not local? That’s absolutely fine too! I may just need to work a little harder on the research to get to know your area, your market and your customers. Wherever you’re based, you’ll receive the same care, attention and friendly support.
I love learning about new businesses, and I'm always happy to do a bit of research into your business and your competitors. It helps me see things from your point of view, but just as importantly, from your customers' point of view too. What makes your business special? What are your customers looking for?
